Like I look in the mirror in good lighting and see some potential, but I realize that we see ourselves as more attractive in the mirror I need to stop with the coping and just accept I have subhuman genetics. Should have never skipped genetics day tbh

What your brain does is the opposite it gets so used to one image, that if you you flip it around you will automaticaly think you look worse, when in reality they look the same to someone from the outside.
