I guess all that physical activity ive been doing in high elevation made me grow cause I went from 5"11 to 6ft in under 2 months! It feels great to be 6ft tall, and I feel so blessed with my life.

God is good

Thanks bro! I did a lot of hitchhiking, moutain climbing, bouldering, and a fair amount of physical labor (working with planks ect.)

Op there are morning height and evening height in the morning out of bed and 2 hours after that you're 2 cms taller than your actual height because of spinal compression/decompression. Measure your height at night before bed barefoot with a digital device and you'll know your true height

Nah I took it last night. Also my mom is 5'7 and me dad is 6' 2
Oh wow, I wonder why you didn’t get taller ngl. You ever think you stunted your growth?

My dad was very active as a kid and I was a shutin loser all the way up until I turned 17 and started working out, so that's probably why I'm not 6'2 or more.

There is still some hope that I can grow more because on my mom's side of the family most of the men are 6'1-6'3 and didn't stop growing until mid 20s. Honestly I'm perfectly fine with being 6ft though

Hmm, you ever ask if they had major growth spurts after 17? I don’t think not working out will stunt growth by a full 2 inches..

how old are you? you might still grow if ur <18
