if i got rhino my nose tip be lifted and that would reveal more of my philtrum .. now imagine if i didnt fix my upper lip my philtrum would look long by default plus rhino and i would have to add a lip lift on top of that


i guess we all cope somehow but i fixed my upper lip so it would harmonize with my philtrum and nose thus improving my overall face and ratios . But im left with a fattier nose tip with a refined bridge as the only minor falio that i have ..

Actually, that’s the same conclusion I reached and why I decided against having rhino (aside from a plethora of other reasons). By lifting up my nose tip, my philtrum will look longer than it is.

Mirin that giga chad and giga truecel jump to the same conclusion.

Also, I’ve noticed my upper lip is also altered when the nose tip is lifted - and that is a failo as well. Two new failos just to fix one failo.

I have thought of this same thing

I have a drooping tip and although my philtrum isn't giga long it's still longer than ideal

Last thing I need is longer philtrum

I have the exact opposite issue, my nose is too upturned, showing too much of my nostrils, I also have an ape philtrum 20mm+
