I appreciate the advice but melatonin doesn’t do it for me. Tried it before and end up awake until 5 am and groggy asf next day. Magnesium is nice tho. Tbh it’s my fault I should put my phone away and try and sleep but i always start thinking about life and get stressed. Gay shit

i stay in the bed with closed eyelids for 15+ hours nowadays but not sure how much im sleeping. very little
