i live somewhat dirty too, dont clean my room, etc. But when I was dating a girl I would just clean when she was gonna come over. It wasn't a big hassle and I actually clean-mogged their rooms since they didn't bother with doing something like that.

The girls I dated legit thought I was a clean and well organized person cuz thats the only side they saw of me
