Apparently, I've burned 600 calories. My stomach looked tighter almost right away after I cut out the emerging new habit to snack on junk food and started stair climbing again. It's a very recent thing and I'm like 12% bodyfat. I noticed my stomach getting fatter and it already feels tighter and it has only been 4 or 5 days.
