I just witnessed police chasing a crook (story time)

I was at the local county fair when I saw i theif taking stuff and putting it in a sack slung over his shoulders. Cops started chasing him, he ran to the bathroom and jumped into the shitter and swam through the sewer luckily the officers knew he would come up out of the next toilet they went there and when he emerged with dookie on his head they gunned his ass down
