Doesn't it get harder to maintain (let alone ascend), the higher the PSL you are

very ez , ascending is the hardest . I only have 1ml of filler in my face so if i stop my once a year touch up yea i could descend

Facial structure and bones yes

soft features could still be maxxed

- eyebrows could still grow in more with minox
- eyelashes are gonna be maxxed with latisse and some makeup

Unless i get a rhino soon i aint touching 7.5+ psl, id be the first ai human if i did but im to poor atm . Maybe when i get older if i magically start making more $
