Depends what type of surgery.If you have like very recessed jaw or terrible nose and can't breath properly,then there is big chance to get orthognathic surgery for free.Hope you don't live in shithole tho.

you have to have some bite deformity (underbite) or sleep apnea and of course be in a country where health insurance extends to these things, each country has a different conditions, but since most countries in Europe have health insurance as compulsory, so it maybe they dont differ that much. You only have to pay for the genioplasty for chin yourself, because it counts as aesthetic surgery.

Mothers are such liars. I always tell my mom that I am hideous and she’s like “no you look like a model”. So then I’m like “ok so can I sign up for a modeling job?” And she’s like “well actually you see....uh....we don’t uh....live near any agencies”
