... and it weirds me the fuck out.
I don't get these dreams every night. Maybe 5-10 times a year. But when they happen, they rattle me to the core.
For example, last night, I dreamed of being in a small airplane that landed on a grass and dirt field. When it touched ground, it wouldn't stop. It kept barreling through the terrain until it finally crashed into a bunch of cars.
I didn't tell anyone about this dream, but just now, my brother texted me this video:
Mind you, I'm an atheist, who doesn't believe in anything metaphysical, so you can imagine the impact these dreams have on me. But I'm guessing that they have nothing to do with anything 'spiritual'. They're probably related to science, maybe something to do with the theory of relativity and time and space. I mean, there's got to be a rational explanation for this. Either way, there is apparently much more to reality than meets the eye. How else would it be possible to dream of the future?
