I keep on getting picked on in the bathroom by the same kid

I am an 8th grader there are 2 7th graders. Only one of them annoys me. We have swore at eachother a few times and today he knocked on my door while I was pissing to ask me what I am doing and then went on to chat with the taller guy. while I was washing my hands he tried to scare me away to which I didn't even look at him. I could for sure beat this kid up, but I don't know if his friends will try to help him. I am also afraid to get sanctioned by the school if I swing first. My friend has been missing for almost 2 weeks since he is sick. If he were to come with me I could have easily pressed that kid, because I would have been backed off by him, he actually knows how to fight, he is tall and strong.
