say 3-4 before I usually wake up the first time

then the second is prob like 2-3

7-8 hours of fragmented sleep still isn't that good

that is what I've been trying to do

but whatever sleep condition i have is fucking me over hard :fuk:

It's usually down to what you do before bed. Make sure you're not looking at screens (wear blue light blocking glasses if you do)

Make sure you don't listen to music or exercise a few hours before bed too. And eat early, don't drink too much water right before going to sleep. Taking supplements before bed can also dehydrate you.

An year ago,I started with this action of always staying up till late in the night and watching videos online before sleep
Not only did it give me dark circles but it also made my physique worse in some or the other way I believe.
I also struggled to sleep continuously without getting up in the middle for quite a long time but surprisingly it has now stopped.I rarely wake up in the middle of the night but my sleep duration is still pretty low.
