Jaw implant or some sort of jaw surgery would do you wonders. If you got a wide and masculine jaw, you would look pretty decent.

I was planning on making a guide about colored contacts, but I'l give you some quick tips here:
-ColorCL is a good site from what I've researched
-The easiest way to pull off contacts is to get contacts with a stronger limbal ring (the black ring around your eye). This keeps your natural color but emphasizes it
-The average diameter of the human eye is 14.2mm. I believe ColorCL lists the measurements for their contacts. This is important for a good fit and a natural look
-Go to your local optometrist to check your eyes for any problems or vision issues before getting contacts

The elephant in the room is your eye asymmetry.

See an Oculoplastic surgeon or similar to see if your eyes are aligned correctly and style eyebrows to make them as symmetrical as possible.

Also a rhinoplasty for your nose would improve both front and side profile. Nose is too big.
