If still on puberty focus on clavicle width (hop on Hgh and do some swimming)

If past puberty then there's not much you can do except to gain weight, tons of BOTB threads on building muscle

I’m 15 can I still change it?
maybe im not sure about hgh really changing ur width but u want to do it make sure to research it before doing anything crazy

but the thing is wont it just give rib flaring and youll be cooked
