from what i see
ur lip assesments are unideal due to the lower lip and chin being far back to the upper lip
It should be ideally like this

Which may indicate an overbite or lower lip and chin being underprojected or/and upper lip being overprojected
If it's an overbite then the solution is BSSO
If it's the second case then the solution is any surgery or injection that makes the chin project more (genio, implant, filler)
and any surgery or injection that makes the lower lip project more (fat grafting, filler) or if the upper lip is actually overprojected then u could get a upper lip reduction

it is ive heard a lot of people say its really recessed, since my midface is flat and my nose has a dorsal hump, my zygos also dont pop out either what do you think about this?
