I think it's more like sensitivity to any androgens, DHT is just 5 times more androgenic than test. Some people may indeed lose hair from test.
That's why some people still lose hair even on less androgenic steroids and sarm.
So basically apply RU while in cycle since it inhibits your hair's ability to react to androgens.

I've never heard of test miniaturize

From Testosterone only and in TRT doses only? No , the risk of going bald is very low if you're doing this
