I drink 9-10 cups of coffee/day. I think I am destroying my body and I should stop tbh, but it keeps me awake during the day. I would prob go from sleeping 9 hours/day to 14 hours/day without coffee.

switch to caffeine pills IMO it has less negative symptoms than coffee but just as much caffeine
