so basically, i do this to make sure im like DEAD-sealed in their heart, so they never forget abt me, my trauma does NOT affect me because the PAST is A Cortisol SPIKE....

If you tell everyone your past, is your past really valuable?
Why would you want a foids sympathy, they lack critical thinking and they won't probably be able to understand you due to the lack of emotional intelligence. But if you feel good doing it, thats fine

women will usually use it against you or not care AND they usually aren't good at overcoming things themselves anyways so they don't have good advice. It is a good thing that you are gl enough for them to have empathy for you when ur weak tho.
