I literally cannot increase my iq anymore, i have too many thoughts, i feel i have reached a limit, you guys probably dont understand

I can only focus on crime now.

I can go for 30 minute walks and take all nootropics, thats all i can do for iq now. I have so many thoughts, increasing iq even further, hurts me. I dont know how to explain. I feel im at my absolute limit iq-wise.
