I’m constantly leanmaxxing. I tell my mother i only want red meat and she’s always like “yOu cAnT JuSt EaT rEd mEaT iTs NoT gOoD fOr yOu” so i just live off of potassium pills, d3+k2, vit d pills and caffeine. I lost 15lbs these past two weeks so i’m not even complaining. I’ll just wait until she stocks up on meat .
