I look like a fucking stroke victim

I just took a far away unfrauded video of myself and I look worse than I thought. I have a long midface, narrow IPD, and an extremely asymmetrical face. My right side is extremely droopy and recessed. Even my palate is lower on the right side of my face than on the left side. I could very easily pass for a stroke victim.
