If you are fat, then just eat nothing, take clen and hope on a bike. I still do this in a cyclical fashion at a pretty underweight bmi. I'm on around 1000 calorie deficit diet and I do cardioIf you are fat, then just eat nothing, take clen and hope on a bike. I still do this in a cyclical fashion at a pretty underweight bmi. There is no excuse to be fat.
Same, im skinnyfat so even though i weigh like fuck all, i got abs, but they arent like individual abs u can hold just weird lines and shit, im like 15-16%. Fuck man so brutal. I've came so far though i used to be sooo fucking chopped and bloated. Im gonna go on a like 100-200 calorie deficit and work out i actually need to lock in.
