Looking for advice.
The first 2 photos are from 3 months ago, the next 3 are from recently.
I can’t quite put my finger on what’s going wrong. My sleep and training are better compared to 3 months ago. My physique has improved. The only thing I changed about my routine is moving from Nutrogena retinol oil to the ordinary 1% retinol, which I think is much stronger. I also added beta carotene and Lycothene.
What is off? What can I do to go back to ascending and leave being chopped?
