yesterday I looked like a fat bloated fuck with noon face and distended stomach Like bulk gone wrong
then I decided to cut calories today and do a mini cut
I just went to the bathroom and instantly my cheeks look sucked in and abs are visible again
It’s insane how a little bit of fat or water weight murders your facial aesthetics
Went from looking 16% to 12% body fat in look instantly
over for water retention cels
Still gonna do a mini cut get down to 10% and then lean bulk and muscle max from there
