I can’t proof it as I was never fat but my fat lacks support everywhere.

This is most likely a bone issue instead of a soft tissue issue but I feel like if I gained more bodyfat I would look better.

I descended so hard this last year, ropefuel everyday. Genuinely over, there’s not even that much shit I can do anymore.

Got scammed for accutane on telegram, gonna get it from a Derma soon.

Then what was the point of this
To cope or something dude. These last couple of days were brutal rejection wise and I genuinely can’t believe what my life has come to

Too bad we can't spot reduce fat loss on our faces lol. I'm personally wondering if losing weight super fast would make a face look more gaunt an unattractive than it actually should be compared to a more gradual fat loss face. I assume it wouldn't really make a difference but it's something I might read into since I'm planning on cutting soon (just as soon as I can break out my annoying bench press plateau lol).

That wouldn’t make a difference. Your skin would only get loose to a different degree but if you’re not a whale you won’t notice a single thing

I’ve been here before, when I get below 10% I loose my under eye fat pads.

I look better around 12%

Not even a bone issue either, you can definitely be too lean for your body.

Try to find that sweet spot that is lean with decent fat pad proportions, I found drinking a LOT of Raw or Low temp pasteurized milk replenishes the fat pads even at a low bf%.

It's bone issue bud. It was never about the fat.
