I lost height

Some time ago I had a growth spurt and when I woke up I was 1.78m tall, I'm 17 years old and over time I started to lose height, I lost about 2cm, then I started taking some supplements to stimulate hgh with amino acids and instead to recover my height I lost 1cm more, can someone help me with this?
