I lost my 3 inches of height

From past 3 years my sleep schedule is really fucked like I sleep at 4.30 in the morning and wake up at 6.30 and then sleep for very short intervals through out the day if I got time :feelswhy: because of this I lost my height a Lil bit , my growth plates are still open I am 17.5 years old how can I get those 3 inches pls help me bhai this height insecurity is faking killing me I am gonna kms soon:feelswah:

Bhai my elder brother is taller than me by 3 inches and usually younger brothers are always taller than their elder brothers atleast in my country

Sleep for minimum 8 hours everyday,
do stretching,exercise and stick to a balanced diet and eat more protein and get sufficient Vitamin D and consume Calcium rich food for bone development
