My boss sacked me, I was still on probation keep in mind which let him sack me whenever. But he sacked me.
His reasoning is as follows; my body language acted as if I did not want to be there, I didn’t smile as often (as I hated my smile and grin) and just lack of enthusiasm.
I can confidently say this was due to just a lack of confidence in the work place. I felt as if I smiled I would deter customers as it is ugly. I’m gonna be honest my face might be there but my smile isn’t. It’s a contradictory point to be honest, I got the job based on my looks, I pulled a couple foids at work, and was treat nicely by (now this is the key point) female collegues.
The twist is is that my big boss, was a middle aged bald manlet. I was very good with the female supervisor and assistant manager, (and I worked in a predominantly female workplace, as they’re attractive and get more customers, that’s the general idea people have in their minds and on social media).
When I told the female managers what was going on, they reassured me that it would be okay, and that, it hasn’t happened before. Which was weird. Maybe my manlet boss didn’t take to kindly me speaking to foids during work time lol.
TLDR: I blame this on having a dark triad personality and sigma. When you work in a customer based environment turns out you have to act jolly. Warehouse it is for me.
