i lost my expander and my orthodontist said it was 75% done, but what he meant by 75% was of average size of palate. Idk what to do cuz this thumbullling is pure cope and im still young so i need to find something that helps me get a wider palate and better maxilla.

i thought it was permanently in your mouth until your done, how did it come out in the first place

theres permanent and temporary, i got temporary meaning i can remove it like when i eat
