I love being done with puberty

What i see in the mirror is my base, My bones are (mostly) done arranging themself in my skull
I know what I am, now every change I do to myself is through my own will and effort, not pubertal luck

feels good to be in control

Depends which bone. If you are talking about the clavicles, sure. This doesn't mean puberty is still ongoing at those ages, the prefrontal cortex and certain bones keep growing after puberty. The things you are talking about are separate from puberty.
I just wanted to know what you meant, what you said is right, but you said it for the wrong reason.
Puberty does not necessarily stop the moment your growth plates close (although it means its nearly over).
The real reason you were right is because other pubertal processes may continue after growth plate closure like hormonzal stabilization, facial hair thickening, etc.

prefrontal cortex is still developing and that's your real way how you see and interact with the world

and some minor changes can happen in the face until 21 (regarding bone growth)

Your bones are still responsive to remodeling until 21.

Saying this is growth is misleading.

The only impactful growth you might have until 21 is spinal growth, which might give you an extra cm in height, two optimistically.

I've been able to reshape my face through orthotropies

of course my genetic makeup helped but I look way better now than I did at 16
