Based cheese enjoyer. Parmigiano reggiano mogs all and it's not even close. Blue cheese has weird moldy taste tbh I don't know how you like it

Its a shame it has so much fat but i also love it. I like all kinds of cheese, its a fantastic complement for so many foods.
