I did read and it’s still weird. It makes no sense for a 16 yo to be friends with someone who isn’t even in puberty yet. You don’t have the same interests. If you love children, be someone who protects them, when you see a child being abused, do something to help them, but don’t try to be their fucking buddie, it’s weird and their parents would never want you to go near their child, I just know you always tell them not to tell their parents about you, because otherwise you would be on a watchlist now

Well you're still a minor yourself so makes sense. You're closer in age to these 12 year olds than I am to your age lol, so it's not viewed super weird and taboo as if an actual adult was hanging out with a 12 year old. The same isn't going to work if you're in your 20s like me or older, and you'd instantly be labeled as a creep for just saying hi to a kid. Besides that, actual adults aren't really going to have anything in common with a kid to even have a reason to befriend them in the first place

Once you're 18 or older you're given a lot less leeway in life and are viewed as more of a potential threat by default
