I absolutely love this machine, I use it on my pull/push days, hurts so much when u go to failure but its worth it 😭

i dont like that machine tbh
I dont like facepulls, so this is the only machine i use to train my rear delts

I like cause it doesnt use any other muscles, other than ur rear delta

Are there any workouts that train them alongside other muscles?

Ive always isolated them since ppl say niggas got underdeveloped rear delts, also rear delts are rlly aesthetic

I thought rowing works them as well.

Exactly that . Its hard to isolate with dumbells , I would just do the machine but only doing one rear delt at a time

Lowkey have no idea lol, i saw some dude say using dumbells for rear delt is retarded, but if thats all u have u can do rear delt flys, preferably seated

Its kinda like lateral raised but u lean forward a bit more and focus on training ur rear delt

If u have barbell you could use this as well

Yes cause most lifters have undeveloped rear delts due to spamming bench press and lateral raises

I started using it about 3 months ago, but my rear delta just don't pop, and I'm going like 3/4 the way down the weights.

Does feel good though I admit

then the exercise doesnt work if u jdont stretch as much as it should make you
U stretch until ur arms reach 180 degrees, and it wont tear ur chest
