I never measured my penis until I discovered PSL 15 years ago. Now I keep two measuring tapes in the drawer of the desk my computer is sitting on, and measure it three times a week on average. The flexible tape is for the girth. The standard tape is for length.
As I see it there are two main problems with penis size studies. The first is well known, that how and where you measure greatly effects the result. The second, I have never seen anyone else mention, is that my initial erect penis size is smaller than if I play with it for 5 minutes. Specifically my length will increase on average 0.1" over five minutes, and my girth will increase on average 0.2" over five minutes. After 5 minutes there does not appear to be any further changes in length or girth.
