I love Jews for many reasons. Their culture is rich, vibrant, and full of deep-rooted traditions that have been preserved for thousands of years. Jewish history, though filled with hardship and persecution, is also a testament to resilience, survival, and strength. I admire how Jewish communities around the world prioritize education, family, and a strong sense of identity. Their contributions to science, art, music, literature, and philosophy have shaped the modern world in countless ways. I love the warmth and humor often found in Jewish culture, as well as the spirit of questioning, debate, and learning that defines Jewish thought. The values of justice (tzedek), charity (tzedakah), and repairing the world (tikkun olam) resonate deeply with me. I see in the Jewish people a balance of intellect and emotion, tradition and progress, survival and celebration. Their story inspires me, and their presence enriches humanity in immeasurable ways.

Telling someone to kill themselves is one of the most disgusting, cruel things a person can say. It’s not just offensive—it’s dangerous. Words have power, and when someone is already struggling with mental health, even one comment can push them closer to a dark place. No one knows what another person is going through behind the scenes. Encouraging or suggesting self-harm is never a joke, never justified, and never harmless. It reflects a deep lack of empathy and humanity. We need to build each other up, not break each other down. Life is hard enough without being attacked by others. If you see this kind of behavior, speak up. Let’s be better. Let’s choose kindness, support, and understanding. You never know when your words could save a life—or when someone else’s could destroy one. Think before you speak. Your words could be the difference between pain and hope.
