I lucid dreamed tonight

First time I really lucid dremaed tonight, been having very intense dreams lately. I dreamt my family was getting hunted by some savages at our cabin and my dog was dying and shit, really horrible dream, but I would have multiple of those dreams and I said to myself "I'm still dreaming" and then I forced myself to wake up

I only had a few in my life, but recently I had the idea to start practicing them

It's fairly easy all you need is some binaural beats to keep your mind awake and the attention span to meditate lying down till you fall sleep or enter sleep paralysis then you can AP or lucid dream

Accidentally, been taking SSRI's which have given me more intense dreams but more control over them, I realize I'm dreaming when dreaming and managed to make myself wake up

Because the advice I hear most often is dream journal and reality checks

Plus i heard sleep paralysis can be like a nightmare

I’ve only had 1 lucid dream before it was shit

I was aware that I was dreaming but couldn’t control anything like people always say you can in lucid dreams
