This is the best compliment you can do to me for Rino.
As bimax literally destroyed my nose. And now with Rino is as was before. So to me that a incredibile win.

right that makes sense because pushing the maxilla forward makes the nose broader from the front.

Im considering surgery at the moment but Im nervous of doing anything with my maxilla because I already have a very broad nose, I think my maxilla is fine personally and its my chin that needs addressing

@op you should start with preventive botox.
The only thing i dont like are your eyebrows, since they look a bit unnatural and painted on. The only surgery that you can think about is hairline lowering. Otherwise great job on looksmaxing!!!
