I m planning to hop on reta I need some advice

So lets say I have 10mg of vial
I want 2mg dose each time
so I put 1mil Bacteriostatic water into it, now problem is
Do i need to get Bacteriostatic water from pharma guy? or can I just buy it from local pharmacy with niddles and alchocol wipes?
I mean will any water for injection do it? or do I need special one?
