I made a finasteride and trt calculation. Need help

So lets say my DHT level is at 100 (random number) and i take Finasteride which lowers it to 30 (70% reduction).

Now i take trt (150-200mg) to double my Testosterone levels. Does this mean i would have also a double the amount of dht in my body? So in the end my dht would be 200 and then after 70% reduction around 60?

Is finasteride enough to save hair with double the Testosterone in a body or is Dutasteride a must have?

Btw is TRT even worth shutting down a bodies own production?
