I’m pretty sure @Amnesia and @Blackgymmax maybe got 1-2 surgeries and mostly fillers and other stuff

I don’t think anyone here has done more procedures I may be wrong

However, I’m an older guy than most here. I’ve lived life and I can tell you looks is the most important thing for dating, jobs, happiness. I’m above average looking HTN but I never felt special like a real Chad.

It’s time to fucking change that. I don’t care if I die trying. Atleast I will die in my parents country
