6ft1 - 185.5
6ft2 - 188
6ft3 - 190.5


IM 186.5cm evening height, which is suifuel since i thought that im 188 but fuck that. MY posuture is so fucked up. I am not gonna accept it. I will fucking max my posture and get to fucking 190 cm.

I'm 6ft1 too.

I'm not sure better posture would help you if you measured your height while pressing your back straight against a wall.

nighr height is meaningless, can vary from day to day due to your daytime activities / posture/sleep /exercise etc

Get a midday measurement instead like 6hours out of bed
 
I’m 189cm morning and 187cm at night. How much do you shrink during the day?

it will, even if i pressit against the wall, i have giant curve on my spine which take away from my height and also scoliosis

i measured myself today at almost 1am and my height was 186cm which is 6ft1. This is how my posture looks like (sorry for bad quality but you can see it). Im trying to keeo back and shoulders streight and head up so its my posture with which i measure my height.

I think i hsvent made any progress in my posture, i was to inconsisitent for this to happen. Rn, goal is to start strething my whole body, with putting focus on certain parts. Also training abs and legs will be a nessesery thing

Whats the diff between your morning and evening height? Curious bc I'm about your height and have always thought my drop is alot

How much kg do you weight? Btw good height also your frame isnt as bad as i thought didnt know you were that tall.
