I messed up an interview because of my nervousness.

I had an interview for a tech society at my college today. I fucked it up completely because of my high inhibition and extreme nervousness. I had written the answers to a few general questions and an introduction but my mind went completely blank the minute they asked me to open my webcam. Couldn't even speak more than 3 words in a row without taking a pause and going "Um" or "Uh". Only answered probably like 60% of their questions correctly even though I could've easily answered a lot of the rest and just made myself look like a retard in general. I'm cringing at myself right now and feel BEYOND pathetic. I'm facing the consequences for being a social outcast all throughout my childhood What should I do?

Don't be harsh on yourself. Just prepare better next time. Practice preferably with someone in person for some 2nd or 3rd level interviews, and if that is not possible practice in front of the micro.

Some alcohol will cool your nerves as well before an interview.

Well its a lot of pressure esp if u did uni cause not getting a solid job in ur field is pretty much a waste of your education then which is fucked. I had a good job after uni but fucked it up after getting fired. Having a lot of lot of difficulty getting back in the game

Take lyrica or phenibut. I wouldnt drink alcohol because it will make a bad impression being drunk in an interview
