I met another narcy and I can't stand him

My friend group recently expanded with this guy, ever since the first time I've seen him it was obvious he was a narcy; constantly looking at himself with phone camera, making THAT face in pics and overall talking like one.

This fact, despite being clear as day to me (bc I'm the same, just less evident), is missed by everyone else; even after some insane remarks he made.

How can a narcy stand a narcy who's worse than him?
