Yesterday, we met up at my place. Before this, I hadn’t hung out with anyone besides my family outside of school for over a year. I was a bit nervous because of this and since he heightmogs me by 3-4 inches. We are both non-NT. We played Magic the Gathering and this board game, Quantik, which he brought. We then played laser tag with these laser guns he brought, which was quite fun. After that, we played Quantik some more and then we talked about our card games we were designing (mostly mine). We planned ideas for my games and created some card templates. Then he left.
This was literally the most fun experience I’ve had in a while! I forgot what it was like to hang out with a friend! My entire view on the world shifted after this; I felt feelings more strongly and a started to care less about my looks. I realized that I cared deeply about my friend, we were friends since 5th grade. I could barely fall asleep due to my excitement about this experience! I used to hang out with my friends just by thinking about them in my head and imagining scenarios so that I couldn’t ruin our relationship, but I realized this cannot simulate the experience effectively. It has been like a day, and I’m wondering how this can be real. Friendmaxxing is legit!
