I might be getting Bimax in South korea

It's more accessible there at least for me and my blue pilled parents are convinced that SK is the capital of plastic surgery for a reason. I am worried about their skills & experiences on Bimax with CCW as from what I've heard majority of South Korean actually shaving off their jaw for that V-shaped thingy and sometimes they would pull back the patient Maxilla and Mandible instead of advancing it like the west. Could somebody please confirm me that they do advancement with CCW as well in SK???

This dude^ got botched by the surgeon in South Korea and he even got OSA after the surgery as a complication. The surgeon changed his mind mid-procedure and botched him. Outcome: sleep apnea, narrower airway, sagging skin due to the loss of bone structural support.
