lol what, you need a TRAINED orthodontist to do it, plus you still need to consider lower jaw anyway so you wont get it for 50 dollars only unless your relative is some super 5 star orthodontist who does everything

You don't care if he is trained, the orthodontist just needs to follow the few rules to max the chances of splitting the sutures.

Also it's probably not mendatory to expand the lower jaw, as long as your upper jaw is not so wide that you upper and lower jaw teeth doesn't contact at all.
