Gluten sensitivity is a total and complete death sentence. Will kill your social life like nothing else, I'm talking from personal experience

The thing is...gluten sensitivity is much much more common than people think and can affect all organs and tissues in the body not just the gut. Doctors are oblivious but the research is new
There are lots of people out there who suffer from brain fog/ADHD...those people are treated with adderall, vyvanse, ritalin ecc....what they have is brain inflammation and it's been found most of them suffer from gluten sensitivity and other food sensitivities (I was also diagnosed with ADHD by a clueless doctor who didn't even know what gluten sensitivity is JFL...imagine how many people are misdiagnosed with bullshit diagnosis).

People with common ailments like chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, joint pain ecc have gluten sensitivity. Of course they don't know and keep suffering

Everybody with autoimmune diseases and IBD, IBS, reflux have gluten sensitivity. Their symptoms will improve a lot (or if the damage done isn't too extensive the symptoms will totally disappear) if they stop eating gluten and some other inflammatory foods but since doctors are clueless they keep eating it. And they rely on drugs that have lots of side effects to cope.

Gluten sensitivity is so fucking widespread, never forget that according to research 100% of people (yes, nobody excluded) release zonulin upon ingesting gluten and zonulin is responsible for creating intestinal permeability and from there the immune system get out of whack. It's not a coincidence that people get sick as they get older, it's not because something magically happen as we age, it's because the damage is compounded and people don't know their diet is damaging their health.
It wouldn't be so bad if people were high IQ and aware they themselves probably suffer from gluten sensitivity...instead they are low IQ, they think they are above it (JFL), keep taking drugs to cope with their health complaints and so when we say we are gluten sensitive we are treated as genetic trash when it's a very common problem reaching epidemic proportion.

In the future, when there will be more awareness about the negative effects of gluten things will change...for now it's a death sentence

I feel amazing on a gluten free diet, but feel low energy, my processing speed is reduced (classic ADHD), I have some reflux and have headaches on a gluten containing diet. But everybody has different symptoms because gluten can affect every single organ in the body
