I went to the gym 3-4 times a week when I was around 15 and then stopped for 2 years. I lost pretty much all my muscle mass that ive build up from back then due to food, not exercising enough etc. Then I turned 18 and I started up slowly by going to the gym 3 times a week for 3 months until the corona happened. But yes, weight loss played a huge factor to the transformation.
