Highly unlikely that it's permanent, you'll probably recover once you take a break from the internet and start exercising and reading more. I've found it also depends a lot on the day and how you're feeling at the time.
my life literally went downhill in every way aside from dating and sex. School (im failing all my classes), work (working min wage and getting nowhere in terms of relevant experience for my major), money (in a shitload of debt), friends and family hate me and think im a rude asshole, even my physique despite looking better from cycle I still look subpar imo. it's just all stupid and pointless
