Thats a shit situation. Alot of places have stigmas around mental health. But theres no harm in atleast trying with your doctor. Thats plan A. If they don’t recommend you one then try and explain to your parents your situation, mental health can distort your view and they may be more understanding than you think. If they don’t help then plan c would be to try and find a stable source of income, which is definitely harder with a mental illness, to fund it yourself . But you have to be proactive because it won’t get better on its own
